    Make "Full Shutdown" an option available in the Guide, not just in settings


    As a budding content creator and future streamer, I often have to move my Xbox Series X around, and I just want to quickly be able to fully shut down the console and disconnect it from power without risking damaging it. Currently, I have to go through four or five steps just to reach the "Full Shutdown" option in settings. It's incredibly inefficient and annoying. I should just be able to press the Guide button on the controller and immediately select "Full Shutdown" as an option, or at the very least, flick over to Profile & System in the Guide and access it there just like I can access the "Power" option.     Allow the choice of sleep and shut down options when turning off.

    id rather not have the shutdown command available when i press and hold the guide button in case i fully shut down by accident. like i say just open the guide and the option to restart or shutdown is at the bottom of there.

    Check for updates and try a full shutdown.

    From the settings menu:

    1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & startup.
    3. Under Options, select Full shutdown

    I'm having the same issue. I just sent a note to the @XboxSupport twitter account to see what they recommend.

    I've already tried deleting/reinstalling Twitch, and then a full shutdown/restart (pulled plug). Still no options seem available to change account settings.

    Do a Full shutdown, Guide>Settings>General>Power mode and startup>Full shutdown.

    Wait for console to complete shutdown, about 30 seconds and no input on screen, before turning console on with console Nexus button, not controller button.
