Make a Purchase, Earn Rewards 1,250 Rewards Credits - missing

Hi

My gamertage is . I have been directed to reach out via this channel regarding my missing 1250 Rewards credit for the "Make a Purchase, Earn Rewards" mission under the more ways to earn section of the my missions page. Can you kindly help me get
this sorted as I have now been in touch with 2 agents at xbox customer service, one of whom promised to call me back and never did the second was very nice and informed me that the first agent did not even log the details of my phone call. It was also suggested
for me to contact xbox rewards via twitter which I did and they directed me here as well.

Hoping you can put an end to my frustration,

I never got the 1250 Rewards Credit for the "Make a Purchase, Earn Rewards 1,250 Rewards Credits" under the more ways to earn section in My missions. I contacted xbox support who directed me to you. hopefully you can help!

Bought games and no credit reward added

Thank you for the explanation, I thought I will receive credit reward for every games I bought.. (That is my bad)
