Make a Complaint Regarding Xbox Hardware

So I would like to make a complaint- I've been on the xbox page for god know how many hours in the hopes of getting somewhere with a replacement for my two month old custom labs controller.

Does anyone have an email or any idea how I speak to a real human from the xbox staff?
I have tried to request a call back but its either unavailable or the link leads to blank white page.

Live chat is impossible to find and the virtual assistant has been completely useless.

If you want to create a warranty order, submit an request at this link:

There you will see your registered devices, select the device that presents the problem and select "Next", fill in the necessary data and you will be able to create your order.

The way to contact technical support is through the options that you tried, which appear in this link

Depending on the type of problem, certain contact methods are enabled.

I too think it is a joke there is no relevant complaints department.

I know this is an old thread, but XBOX Ambassadors are one of the complaints about the support program I would strongly list as a negative . Microsoft should (IMHO) limit their exposure to game help only, and not technical issues on $400 consoles. For
a volunteer, most of the technical inquiries are way over their head, and some are very patronizing. Not all of them, but it only takes a couple to spoil the program's trust with the public, by giving bad technical support.

I don't think thats the answer to my question.. I really want to make a formal complaint - it is terrible how the customer service team seem to be able to say what they want to whoever they want as there appears to be no chance of any repercussion due to
the lack of a customer care department.

I would really appreciate someone from Xbox coming on to provide me with that information.
