My cousin is only a little kid, but this is to much. He stayed here for a week and was using my pc gaming set up flash forward a week and I'm checking my email for a password reset for steam and I see multiple purchases of robux linked to my account on
microsoft I have already requested a refund from xbox and have already contacted roblox about getting the account banned can someone PLEASE tell me another way to ensure that I'll get my money back he spent a big chunk of what was in my checking account and
this is honestly so stressful

As you've already started the process the reality is you've done the first thing most of us would suggest, it doesn't happen overnight I'm afraid but the best thing is to let that process run its course and take it from there.

If you have already submitted a refund request, then you merely must wait for an email letting you know the Refund Teams decision. There are several factors that come into play when submitting a refund, however, and if for some reason you receive unfavorable
results, you can respond to the email sent out to you by the Refund Team to further dispute these charges.

Alternatively, you can always reach out to your financial institute regarding this matter if you wish to approach this further in a different way.

You could try calling the bank that your checking account was linked to and speak to customer service about disputing the payments. Usually, once this is done, the bank contacts ROBLOX and bans the account that the unauthorised purchases were made to.

You should log into your
Microsoft Account page, click on Payments & Billing > Billing Help and then select "Returning items you bought from Microsoft for exchange or refund" That will
provide the details on how to reach out to the Billing Department. If you did not include that the purchase was made fradulently/in error by a minor, that is not you, without authorization, then I would contact them via phone or live chat and mention that.
That would be the best option you have for direct feedback on the refund possibility.
