Major Suggestion request. Licensing for digitally owned games.

I would like to request the Licensing for digitally owned games be changed.

Allow me to explain.

So if you own a digital game on console,
You have to be online to verify the ownership as the Licenses is stored in the cloud.
If the console is your home console you may play the games you own even offline if its your Home Console.

The issue.
If you are playing on your console but have another console in the home and make that console your home console to share you Gold/Gamepass etc with a spouse or family member.
You cannot play your digitally owned games on your own console offline.
Why? No clue.

The possible solution.
So lets look at how Gamepass Titles work on PC.
" Most games available in the Xbox Game Pass for PC plan on your Windows 10 device support offline play, but check the details of the game to make sure yours is supported. Games from the Xbox Game Pass catalog can be played while the PC is offline, but for no more than 30 days before the PC must reconnect to the internet to verify an active subscription. "

So you can play Digital games offline and verify the license or subscription every 30 day's.

So why cant owners of a digital game do the same?
Allow users that own Games digitally on Xbox to verify the game ownership every 30 day's.

Honestly, allowing users to have the Licensing of the game they own stored on there Console is the Ultimate goal. But this could work, maybe? Right?

The reason for the request is B/C where I live, Rural Town, The internet goes out all the time. I can't keep playing cause the system can't verify that I own the game cause my internet just went out.

It's very frustrating. Either I don't share my Subscription with my Spouse on her console or I do and deal with this issue. I bought the game, it's mine.
Then I should be able to have access to it just like I would Physically.

A way to prevent issue or abuse, Since users can sign in on two console at a time now, Have the Subscription owner sign into there account on a secondary console to give access to Game Sharing. But it only works if that Subscription holder is signed in.

So No need to make a second console a home console anymore.
You can share your Subscription wherever you go on any console.

Either way a change in my mind is needed big time.

Just an idea.
