    Major Issues with Xbox one and Downloads and Game Data Sync


    My problem started 26 August 2015 and its now 8 September 2015

    It started with Call of Duty Black Ops Beta - all my mates were online in 2hours playing the game, mine too 14hours to download

    in game not a problem, I was the host nearly everytime. perfect on that part

    then I tried to download the Forza 6 demo - never got about 5Mbit/s on the download

    Then after that I was told to do a Factory Reset and I did that, and for about 1 day I was getting 38Mbit/s download and managed to install most of my games again.

    but then when I came to sync my game data, all I got was fail after fail on all my games, and not when I try and play the game I have lost my save data on Forza 5

    That's over 5 millions coins and cars and designs and tunes - everything GONE

    after spending hours with my ISP and buying a new modem

    and now spending more hours with XBOX Support and the forums

    I am stuck with a machine that I cannot really use, unless I play a game that I managed to retrieve me save data on.

    Something is wrong, something Major.

    Xbox One sync data issues

    That's one of the differences between Xbox 360 and Xbox 1. With Xbox 1, your "game saves" are saved to Xbox Live servers, not your console like with Xbox 360. There is a save to cloud option with Xbox 360, but the storage space is very limited.

    Xbox One sync data issues

    i have the same problem from last night .when i start a game it cant sync data.i tried many times and same problem.happens for all my games.

    Could you please run a test on
    http://speedtest.net/     from your computer and post your results here? This will help determine whether or not the Xbox servers are at fault, or if your ISP is at fault. After determining that, we can move forward.

    Speedtest results are fine. not problems running the test though my PC or running a different test though my XBOX all are fine

    8Mbit/s Upload

    15ms Ping.

    The problem is the Xbox Servers

    http://speedtest.net/     from your computer and post your results here? This will help determine whether or not the Xbox servers are at fault, or if your ISP is at fault. After determining that, we can move forward.

    Game save data for Starfield on Cloud gaming

    To start, I would recommend checking if your Xbox Live account is properly synced with your game save data. You can do this by going to the "Settings" menu on your Xbox console, selecting "System," and then "Storage." From there, you can check if your game save data is properly synced with your Xbox Live account.

    If your game save data is not properly synced, you can try manually syncing it by going to the "Manage Game & Add-ons" option for Starfield and selecting "Saved Data." From there, you can select "Sync Now" to manually sync your game save data with your Xbox Live account.

    There is no "Sync Now" option. At least not on my xbox.

    It would be great if there was a fix for this issue as i have lost almost 50 hours progress and Sync issues still persist. For the record I have 1gb Internet speed with 0 issues. As suggested elsewhere I check my network connection and xbox reports all is good and no problems with any other game nor cloud gaming.
