Maintenance generally takes place early in the morning Pacific Time. Unfortunately, since there are Bingo players all over the world, there isn't really a time that works for all players.

have you tried to perform a power cycle ?

A power cycle often solves a wide variety of issues.

Contact them through the chat feature, they can reset your subscription from there. That worked for me, i had the same problem. Took 5 mins.

Guys it was a service maintenance actually not maintenance it was a problem most likely a glitch
