Main xbox account hacked, tried resetting and is suspended up to 24 hours.

I’ve just got back from being a month away, I tried to log into my main Xbox live account, and my password was incorrect, tried it again and incorrect, went to reset my password, went through old passwords, bank details, and the email I got back from when I finished the application was “Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership”, I have old bank statements that’s it’s my account, my old phone number is all linked to the account aswell as my current number as a payment option, I’ve tried all the Xbox help options on the website, non of them seem to work, I’ve tried to find a phone number for the last 20 minutes, any help will do, cheers.

Xbox live is up & running fine at the moment.It's either your internet provider or you've been suspended for 24 hours & will just have to wait it out.Have you checked your email,including the spam folder to see if it's a 24 hour ban?

If it ends up getting banned or suspended for greater than 24 hours he can ask for a case review.

Thank you for the response, however my account only has recieved a 24 hour ban and I cannot get it reviewed. I have had this account since around 2007 and have never been suspended or placed under review. My main concern is that someone is using multiple
accounts to harass players and the support staff seem unable to deal with the issue.
