    Main Alias Deleted But Nothing Popped Up And The Account Is Gone


    Hi, when I was getting my account transferred by making an alias and then deleting the main one, it first said that the alias cannot be changed because it was changed recently (which I did) and was on cooldown but when I tried deleting the main email address it let me. I tried logging in with the new email and it worked but after a day or two, I got kicked out and couldn't login. When I tried it said that this account doesn't exist. When I tried creating an account with this exact email it didn't work and told me that this email is used. I am stuck right now a certain purchases are still on the account.

    In regard to your question what the information are needed to recover your account. To be honest, based on the form itself, the only thing that you need to do is to fill out the form with all the complete details as much as you remember. In that way, you will be able to regain your account.

    I have seen this and I was able to login into the account in the first day but after about 30 hours I couldn't login. As I said, nothing showed up later when the main alias was deleted. I didn't set my primary alias and I was able to deleted the main alias.

    Thank you for the additional information above.

    We can say that the main alias was accidentally deleted. If you are trying to recover it, to be honest you cannot or there is no way to recover it. Based on the Microsoft article it stated there that it might be possible to re-create the alias and own it if no one else has claimed it after 30 days.
