    so about 3 night ago I was playing State of Decay 2 and I mod for this game on pc which is 100% okay to do in this game and the tools are created by the the deveoplers of the state of decay Undead Labs.So I join a LFG group and these two kids were in the party talking crazy and I left the xbox party and messaged the kid his friends annoying and I mod for the game but I didn't say anything bad to him and got my account suspended or banned for no reason and want some kind of answer.I know xbox ambassadors can't help but I wanna find out what's happening to my account since it's over 10 years old.The word mod the the only thing I said wrong the xbox thinks I'm modding Xbox accounts or something but it's only for the game.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions so they're the only ones who would have that information. Unfortunately, there's an issue with the enforcement site so you'll have to wait until that's fixed to get the reason for the suspension.

    No one from Microsoft reads these forums.

    If it's the guest account breaking the rules then it will just be the guest account that gets the suspension,your main account wont be affected.

    If different accounts start getting multiple suspensions/bans on the same console then the console will be suspended for 30 days.

    If it still continues to happen then there's a risk of the console being banned permanently.

    I would assume what's happened is, the account that was banned is your main account and you share Live with your other account via Family. So what's happened is, your Xbox Live Communications are suspended which is effecting both accounts on the same Live.

    My main account is only bane don the forums and the last time they messed up they gave my account the 6$ credit. It's only banned/suspended on the forums exclusively. I don't know was hoping to rent Tammy with it but whatever i guess
