Main account crashing on loading screen on FH4 on both PC and Xbox

About 3-4 years ago, one day when I was launching FH4 to play as usual on my, back then, gaming laptop, it randomly crashed after pressing the continue button on the loading screen. I thought nothing of it and restarted the game. Then the same thing happened again. And then it has continued to do that forever. I tried switching to my second account and then it worked perfectly. So I tried switching back to my main account again but it still crashed. I thne tried to log back in on my xbox but it also crashed in the loading screen, but only on my main account. And this christmas I bought myself a new gaming laptop and so I tried to start up FH4 but it still crashed the same way. So the problem has to do something with my account, no idea if it's about my cars or something else, but it's not my PC or xbox.

Same here .. update has broken the game... Xbox 360 loading screen crashes and back to main home screen... Does MS see this?

Hello Miss Diggz!

It happens in both Offline and Online. The game doesn't reach the main menu, it crashes while on the second loading screen.

And no, no message of any sorts. The Xbox just goes to the dashboard, closing the game at the same time.

Yea, I have been having the same problem since a small update that came down this week. Xbox Fitness loads to the green screen with the loading dots but the crashed back to the main screen.

I Have The Same Problem.

Some games (FH4, Forza 7, Ride 4) crash on the load screen.

Dragonball Z Kakarot and Medal of Honor work well.

Is it a Software Problem?
