    Hi Helen just tosay that l cannot open session in any xbox game,Mahong also with error code 002000,Taptiles,Mic Bingo, Solitaire,yesterday installed WSOP this also wont open they all say that l need a connection to internet but when l open shuffle party
    this connects or if l open the juegos app this also opens sessin without any problem.

    dashboard goes automatically to the right

    when I turn on my Xbox one and I turn on my controller he automatically goes to the right and when I turn off my controller it stops, I tried completely shutting of my Xbox this didn't help, reconnecting my controller doesn't help either, when I turn
    on my second controller and the first one is turned off it is not happening, anyone idea's how to fix it ?

    Have a look at the network connection in settings just to make sure there isnt an issue there first 👍��. The installation hasnt "paused" has it? If it has just click "resume"
