    When I try to start the Microsoft Mahjong play, I get an error message after a few seconds "we are having trouble connecting to the inernet......"

    The internet connection I got is as fast as I can remove and install a new game without problems. So it has to connected to the play it self, any guesses.

    windows 10 is updated and dandy.

    Please forget my reply I really was out in the blue. PassWord management got a new meaning to me. Keep track of your PW, it can save some time.

    Sorry for this, I will try a new clean boot with my PW in writing.

    Hi, there I tried to do a clea boot but somewere on the road I didn a huge mistake. I disabeld all the services in the System Config and then manager to reboot the system. Now I can't login. I have local accounts.google too but with out admin account. What
    to do? Buy a new PC

    a clean boot    . A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
    so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. We also have a support article on our

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection hangs on load screen

    Another option to resolve the issue that was recommended by the MCG Team is:

    • Install Microsoft Mahjong from the Microsoft Store
    • Start the Mahjong game

    Now its possible to start Solitaire once again!

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.
