Mahjong is loosing all sucess

I'm a Little bit confused, yesterday I left my PC with all challenges in Mahjong solved until 14th of october, today the game could't connect and after a restart of the pc and connection to my account all success was lost. Was ther a Problem in the database?
Did anyone else discover the same Problem?

Mahjong won't load

Originally, Mahjong got stuck in a specific game and would not start another game. After troubleshooting I uninstalled Mahjong. Now, when I try to reinstall it says I already own it and when I select Mahjong, it just says pending and won't download. I
have done all the updates and restarts and even though I have the Mahjong tile, it is stuck in pending mode.

 

I'm having a similar problem with Mahjong, too. I've completed all of this month's daily challenges to date, but I'm only showing credit for completing the challenges from October 1 to October 6, and the current date. When I played the challenges yesterday,
I got the credit for the win, initially. However, when I went to play today's challenge, I'd lost the credit for yesterday's win, as well as for the other dates after the 6th.

We have heard similar reports from a few other players and are working on an update that will fix this issue. We hope to have it out as soon as possible. One thing to make certain of is that the game shows you as being correctly logged into Xbox Live. Make
certain that you see your Gamertag and a green checkmark after you've launched the game. We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and again we hope to have the fix out soon.

I have a similar issue. Mahjong shows that it is trying to log into xbox, but never succeeds.

I have done the wsreset, reinstalled and synced. I have verified that I can log into my xbox.com account. I saw articles indicated Mahjong was broken in the latest Windows 10 preview, but I am on Windows 8.1

 

I'm continuing to have problems not just with Mahjong but with Microsoft Solitaire, Taptiles, and Wordament. Every time I shut down my computer and reboot, I have to uninstall the games, run the wsreset, and restart my computer. The past couple of days
after rebooting and trying to install the games it says there is a problem with the game and Microsoft will try to repair it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The problem just continues to worsen instead of improving.

It really would be nice if they could get this problem solved once and for all. It's gone on far too long and doesn't show much promise in improvement so far.
