Mahjong games won't load

Discus and support Mahjong games won't load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; For me, everything loads fine until I get to the ad that would play. It started 3 or 4 days ago.     Mahjong games won't load


    For me, everything loads fine until I get to the ad that would play. It started 3 or 4 days ago. Ads play fine on Sudoku so it is not my ad blocker. Please change out this ad so that we can play.

    Daily Challenges not downloading

    I have all current updates and for some reason the Xbox games will not load daily challenges and Mahjong won't start at all.

    My Microsoft Mahjong won't load

    I have not been able to play Mahjong for two days now. The first page of Mahjong comes up and just sits there.

    I have been having problems w/the Microsoft Mahjong game. The game won't load so I can't play the game. I looked for

    updated and there was none. I have windows 8 .I did try to download windows 8.1,there was too many problems causing

    virus and bugs. I went to the office store and was told because it's a free download 8.1 there are going to be problems.

    They said I should buy the full version for $299.00.Need help w/Mahjong game still not loading.

    Disappointed this month tom see how many daily challenge games on Mahjong would not load. I have noticed this before with Mahjong.

    I have the same problems with mahjong. It was really bad in April - many games wouldn't load. Then during the beginning of May, all games were loading. Now the problem has shown up again - one or two of the daily games will not load. This problem started
    in maybe March - didn't have problems at all when I first started playing the mahjong daily games.
