They are fine but first and foremost. Scan the QR code any certified cable will have a QR code and will give you real specs if it doesn't.have a HDMI QR code take it with a grain of.salr

XBOX Series X Audio intermittent with A/V receiver

    Hi Geri,

Yes, I have tried using eARC to loop the audio signal back into the receiver. And I still get the same result,

I would eventually lose audio. I do use HDMI 2.1 cable (2M).

    To Recap v2:

Older Samsung TV and older Marantz SR7012 A/V receiver, new 8K HDMI Cables-Result-AUDIO LOSS

NEW LG OLED C2 TV and new Denon x4700H A/V receiver, newer 8K HDMI Cables-Result-AUDIO LOSS

eARC on both TV sets have been attempted and still have the same audio issues. HDMI 2.1 8K cables used

XBOX Series X multiple times Factory reset but kept games and apps.

    Xbox series X 120Hz @ 1080p

Glad you sorted. HDMI 2.0 as a standard is fairly standard and can be used for 240Hz at 1080p, 144Hz at 1440p, and 60Hz at 4K. The latest HDMI 2.1 adds
native support for 120Hz at 4K UHD and 60Hz at 8K. Does your monitor support 2.1 and are you using a 2.1 cable , ie the one that came with the xbox

Allow auto-low latency mode grayed out connectiong to Samsung TV RU710D

I would use the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox One,

Third Party cables can be hit or miss depending on there quality,

I connected my X-Box One first generation to the HDMI 1 port using a brand new cable compatible with
    HDMI 2.0 and 8K resolution.
8K over HDMI 2.0 is not possible, A cable that can run 8K needs to be HDMI 2.1,

also the OG Xbox One uses HDMI 1.4, both the One S and One X use HDMI 2.0

I believe that, with your Xbox one being HDMI 1.4 it's not forward compatible with your TV HDMI 2.0 ports as to possibly why your low latency mode is grayed out, or it just could be the third party cable your using, best to try out the cable that came with
    the Xbox.

Can't choose 1440p resolution with 120hz refresh rate on my Xbox Series S.

Hello, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

My name is welcome to the community.

Hello Rsepak, this is really weird, I've seen similar reports on some monitors and some TV models, however already tried to do the same test with some other high-speed HDMI cable (HDMI CABLE 2.1 8K)?
