    Why can't I play the puzzle of the day? An advert for Amazon Prime plays and then it freezes I can play other puzzles with Magic Jigsaws.

    thanks for getting back to me...I've gone to the site you suggested and I had to sign in, tried that and I wasn't able to do it, because when I clicked on the right area it wouldn't go anywhere but back to the beginning...I will try another time. I usually
    get to do daily puzzles not monthly ones so I will try other ways, even if I download another lot to see if that will work, I think...?

    I'm not sure about this monthly puzzle, but I know they did an update this month for hidden object puzzles in the game. Not sure if that would be in lieu of monthly puzzles.

    I would recommend checking out the
    Microsoft Casual Games site     and reaching out there. The developers post blogs and updates there, as well as a community feed for posts and discussions that might have a bit more insight on the latest Jigsaw puzzles.

    Magic Jigsaw Puzzles

    Can you please try going to All Settings > Apps > Microsoft Jigsaw and then selecting "Advanced Options". From that page, scroll down a bit and click "Reset". That will do some work on the app, and should get it back to working.

    Let us know if you're still having issues after that.

    Excellent. Glad to hear it worked. That will usually cover a number of issues for a lot of the MS Casual Games apps when you run into issues, as well as other Windows 10 apps.

    Alright try a complete uninstall and reinstall that could fix the issue if you have not done so already.

    Hey there Harley, before I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling have you checked your systems memory? if you're playing on PC it could be due to lack of memory, if your memory is good i would recommend uninstalling the application and reinstalling, or you
    can try to do a disc defragment on your PC. Hope this helps
