Well, I didn't know that I was purchasing it for console. I have my Apex Legends installed on my PC. I thought I will be having a code after the purchase.

When you "gift" an item to someone else, the system sends them an email with a code for the item they were gifted in then email.

However, it can take up to 12 hours before you receive this email. Additionally, you also need to be in the same region as the individual whom gifted this item to you.
