    I preordered Mafia 3 on September 30th 2016. I did by accident delete the message containing the preorder code for the season pass. I would like to request a resend of this code.

    If you pre-ordered the game digitally, you should receive the season pass automatically, not via code. Could you please clarify what you are looking for, exactly? There are pre-order incentive bonuses that are sent out via Xbox Live Messages, but not the
    season pass. You should be able to see your season pass under "Manage Game" on the Mafia III tile.

    I did receive a message that included a code for the mafia bundle. Not sure what it was. And that is the message that I deleted by accident

    looked a little further into it. The core game and the family pack is installed. the season pass is not

    Ahhhh okay I think I understand what you're saying now. The content you got for pre-ordering Mafia III is a Bayou Gator and Male/Female Lincoln Clay Avatar items. I have sent you those codes via Private Message (you can check those by clicking here).
    Your season pass should provide you with the relevant DLC as it is released by the developer.

    Anytime this question comes up, I got to go with Mafia 1. Such a classic game for that time and I spent too much time with replays. We got Mafia 2 and Mafia 3 so maybe in the future we could get Mafia 1?
