    I just called Microsoft to talk about the season pass I was gonna purchase today it was I believe 50 to 40 percent off but it's not there anymore they told me to post in here and see if anyone can help me. I was literally about to buy it right now?

    Missing DLC Items/Not showing on Xbox One Console. Mafia 3 season pass and Gears of War 4 items.

    I've redeem the season pass for Mafia 3, the Vintage Del Elite Gear Pack (bonus from EB Games) and 2 Operation Packs for Gears of War 4 and they do not show up anywhere on my console.

    Last week I redeemed one operation pack on the Xbox website. Then last night, the second one through my messages on my console that was sent from Xbox Live. I redeem the vintage elite gear pack manually on the console in the store and the season pass for
    Mafia 3 on the smart glass app. I firstly redeemed the seaosn pass on the app, nothing happened, then I redeemed 2 other pre order bonuses for Mafia 3 (Family Kick Back and the Judge, Jury and Executioner packs) on the console and they installed fine. I
    then tried the second operation pack (Redeem through my messages) and nothing happened. And then few hours later then vintage fel pack manually on console and nothing happened.

    It says I own the season pass in store but does not give me option to install it.

    Contacted Xbox support and we went through many troubleshooting options and nothing seemed to work. Ending up contacting the developers of Mafia 3 to see if they have an issue with the season pass and no awaiting a response from them. Still no progression
    on the Gears Of War 4 DLC items though.

    MAFIA 3 CODES from Xbox live

    I pre ordeed mafia 3 and received some codes from Xbox live because I ordered the 79.99 version with season pass and when I try ed to launch the codes and deleted the message on accident. What do I do?

    That deal was part of last week's Deals with Gold so it ended yesterday. Once a promotion ends, it is not possible to receive that price again unless it goes on sale again.

    Then why would they tell me to post on here? They said that since it just ended that an xbox ambassador might be able to honor the deal? It's been one day it's not like it's been a month that doesn't make any sense.

    Phone and chat support don't handle promotions, but support through this forum does so they send people here.

    Ambassadors are also just fellow gamers who volunteer time to help answer questions. We don't have access to be able to change anything through Live.

    Hey Cydasneakyfox -

    If you pre-ordered the game digitally, you should receive the season pass automatically, not via code. Could you please clarify what you are looking for, exactly? There are pre-order incentive bonuses that are sent out via Xbox Live Messages, but not the
    season pass. You should be able to see your season pass under "Manage Game" on the Mafia III tile.
