    From what I remember, one was for a pre order add on for mafia 3, 2 ea access codes and a 3 month code for groove music. I didn't redeem any of these.

    I too also have this problem. I called Xbox support and the man I talked to said that by posting on the forums a moderator could help me retrieve my codes. Help Would be appreciated.

    I'm having the same issue, I Pre-ordered Watch Dogs 2, Mafia 3 and Final Fantasy XV. Both Watch Dogs 2 and Mafia 3 have "you Pre-ordered" underneath them but Final Fantasy doesn't even though I have downloaded it to my console already. My decision to Pre-order
    Final Fantasy was influenced by this offer so I really want my points. ;)
