    Mafia 2 keeps freezing my xbox


    Purchased Mafia 2 from marketplace when it was on sale and it wouldn't download - finally got it downloaded but every time I try to play it, itll get to the beginning screen like its loading then freezes. Ive already uninstalled and reinstalled it, any help
    here?

    Xbox freez

    My Xbox 360 S kept on freezing after I downloaded the latest update last night, and it's giving me a hard time signing in to my Xbox live acc . and it won't let me play COD black ops 2 for some reason... IT KEEPS FREEZING. and I already clear my system

    Mafia 2 keeps freezing my xbox

    Hey there, I just had to comment that I recently played Mafia II on disc and it is plagued with freezing issues as well as achievements not unlocking when they should and just generally a lot of bugs.

    Unfortunately I never had the issue you're describing and as it's the games on demand version I do believe that there is most likely something up with the download if you can't even get it to play.

    There is an update for the game straight away, have you managed to download the update at all? If not, try loading up the game while not signed into any profile at all, hopefully this should get you to the main menu without freezing. Sign-in once there and
    download the update. Should continue without issue.

    If the above doesn't work, have you tried downloading the game to a USB drive and playing it from there? This can help narrow this issue as if it doesn't play from the USB there must be something up with the download with MS will need to look into:

    Xbox 360 Keeps Restarting When HDD Connected.

    I was downloading Mafia II and Bioshock 1 & 2. For good measure I deleted all three.

    After I did this my Xbox is yet to restart itself, I will keep everyone updated however.
