Made an account with Microsoft but want to get migrator cape. Is it possible

Buying accounts is not allowed. But if you have a Mojang account, yes, you can migrate it to your Microsoft account.

The Minecraft migration cape was given to players that had a Mojang account and migrated to a Microsoft account. If you never had a Mojang account and played the game only with your Microsoft account, unfortunately you would not be eligible for the offer.

Sorry to say but unfortunately as you not meet the requirements to get the cape (Have a Mojang account and migrate it to a Microsoft account)

If this new account was created as a Microsoft account directly is possible to get the migration cape.

Also, from Microsoft side is not possible to put in-game items. As Minecraft team wasn't able to give you the cape, is not possible to do something else
