So when I switched over from Fortnite to Call of Duty black ops 2. It said I was disconnected from xbox live. So I thought it was from a xbox live issue so I asked my friend to buy me an xbox live card to extend it. Now I regret asking because I found out
the issue and there is no way for me to refund this xbox live I got... So... I told him and he said it happens but I asked him and I found out that you just manage storage and remove the profile and redownload it again to fix it I wasted 10.00's for
him.

Hi, i changed my account region by accident today, now im in a country without xboxlive, i cant wait three months , all my archievements are on this account , and come on we are on summer, please if someone helped me i would be very thankfull, dont let
me stay like this

Sorry, there's no exceptions when it comes to region changes. You'd have to wait the 3 months in order to change your account region to where it was previously.

Please Note: Download your profile, purchasing games, and accessing Xbox LIVE in general may be restricted in unsupported regions. If you wish to play in that 3 month time frame, you'd need to make a new account in a region that is closer to
your own that is officially supported by Xbox LIVE.

To Bluntman1186 - My son knows about these scams and has been warned about them many times. However, he is 14 and was rushing at the time. He made a mistake. I made plenty of mistakes at his age too and I don't feel the need to rub salt in the wound. He
regrets the mistake enough already.

If the refund request has already been approved or if you don't receive a response in time, then you should wait for the refund to be processed and subsequently repurchase the refunded game if you wish, since there would be no other way.
