    Madden20 Help NEEDED

    Hello -

When I am playing Madden 20 with my Ultimate Team, often times the opponent will "lose connectivity" and I end up with a loss for that game. This is frustrating because most of the time it is when I am winning the game. This is different from when the opponent
pauses and concedes. Does anyone else have this issue? Is the other player turning off their console in order to get a win? What is happening here?

Thanks for your help and clarification.

    Kind regards.

    :)

During this pandemic the servers have been getting over loaded. They are aware and trying to fix the issue. However double check your wifi is strong. Try plugging. System direct with cord instead of wifi as this helps singnal strength.

    Hello JoyD,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a game. We recommend posting to the EA forums as this would be more their issue as it is in game. This is also a reportable offense as it is playing unfairly if they just quitting
due to losing. I would get with EA to maybe make then a draw if anything as that would be the best option.

    Thanks,

    Brad
