Madden wont let me play online why?

Which particular console is it?

What message does it come up with and/or error code?

Are you using wired or Wi-Fi? Have you tried the opposite of whichever you usually use?

Is this the only game it happens with or does it happen with others?

My madden 25 on xbox one wont let me do the latest download needed to play the game. Connection is fine. Other games work fine. Just Madden wont play. It played fine Thanksgiving....now the update wont even load. Ive done all the power down troubleshooting.

Be sure to use the same account used to purchase the game. If it's correct, try to clear the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. If it doesn't work, try to delete your profile from the console and re-download it again.

Try a power cycle.

You can do this by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.
