madden nfl22 update error-stops updating

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand you are receiving an error message when attempting to update Madden 22. To confirm, have you attempted to power cycle your console? You may do so by following the steps found here: How to restart or power cycle your console.

If that does not resolve the error, you may need to try reinstalling the game. If you are concerned about losing your progress, take comfort in knowing that your games should automatically be saving to the cloud and your progress should not be lost. same issue...just updated 1/26/16 @12:18am. got error code. restarted, reinstalled. madden still wont open

Same I just updated Madden but the code says for marketplace but I am not using the market place. Got to love error codes that are not correct.

It started with an update for Tom Clancy Breakpoint. Once I turned on my console I saw it in the queue and was getting "Installation Stopped" constantly. I ended up canceling the update.

2 days later, Had an update with Madden 20, and the same issue. I attempted to move the files off the Hard drive and onto the console, but got the same message.

I was able to load games that are on the drive, so it's still functional. I just can't transfer or update games.
