Madden NFL Ultimate Team content

I am unable to download my code to receive my free packs for pre-ordering Madden 17. I believe I purchased the Standard edition. What do you suggest I do to get access to that? I put in my redeem code but have not seen a pack.

I brought something in Madden NFL 25 Ultimate Team. My Microsoft Points were Charged, but the Game didn't give me the Content for what I paid.

So with the closing of Madden NFL 18, the Ultimate Team is offering the opportunity until August 3rd to gain new cards to use in Madden 19. Also they are offering 10% off the pre-order.

Just to clarify, have you checked your Unopened Packs section in Madden NFL 17? From your Main Menu, select "Ultimate Team" and then scroll to the far right and check your "Unopened Packs" box. If there's nothing there, try editing your roster or playing
a game and checking again. In theory forcing the server to resync should make your in-game content pop.

Additionally, here is further information about what to expect in your Madden 17 edition.

EA Support for further assistance. They're going to be able to best help you out with any issues with in-game unlocks such as this.

 

Yes I did that and they told me to come here. Can someone just give me an answer and quit passing the buck?
