    Madden NFL 20 wasn't included in my One S Bundle despite saying it is on the website


    I recently Purchased an Xbox One S star wars bundle and on the website it said that Stars Wars Jedi Fallen Order, 1 month trials of Game pass, Xbox live gold, 1 month of EA access, and Madden NFL 20. However The madden NFL 20 code seems to be missing.
    Would it be bundled with the EA access or something like that? The box also looks like it was opened, as some of the boxes which held the controllers, etc. look torn at the openings. I'm not too concerned about this however if I can get the code and the console
    works as its supposed to.

    If I thought I needed to I would have hit a screen shot. I just assumed a company like Microsoft would honor their promotion. But unfortunately it's too late now. I'm hoping that I get an email fixing the mistake but I'm not holding my breath. If nothing
    happens or I can't find any other information I'm going to call again tomorrow. I'm not letting this go.

    Exact same thing happened to me. I ordered on the 27th expecting to be sent a madden 20 code and I received an Anthem code.

    Update: They sent me a code for Madden 20 just now. Maybe realized their mistake?
