Madden 25 Game freezing on the loading screen

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times. I cant play online or offline at all. EA sucks a
[Mod Removed] and the xbox one is turning out to be a HUGE disappointment when it comes to playing games that worked fine on xbox 360.

Tried all of the recommendations in this thread. Madden 25 still gets stuck on "loading" screen. My wife found a recommendation on another blog suggesting to depress the Xbox One Power Button for 8-10 seconds. It turns off and then back on. As I understand
it this will clear the cache. Guess what - it worked!!! Keep in mind when the Madden 25 "loading" screen comes back on it will be on for 20-30 seconds (I assume it is reading from the hard drive) before displaying the Madden 25 home screen. Now to try the
game. Hope this helps someone else.

Madden 25 is stuck at the resuming franchise screen. I had problems loading it also.

I just bought madden haven't tried playing it yet and it's not a bad disc it freezes at the loading screen and I've put in every single one of my other games and they are working fine!!! 65$$$ for this!?!??!

just brought My XB1 first thing I did was download fifa and straight away crashed to the dashboard (its no 50/50 if the game will make it past load up screen. I know this happens a lot on XB1 and PS4 with most EA games.

My thinking behind its is.. if its a game available on all consoles this gen and last then it hasn't been coded right and will crash (same game won't crash on 360/PS3, something in the game isn't working right on the next gen console's.

It's not exactly EA, it's something on Microsoft and Sonys end. It happens quite a bit on both systems where games can get caught in infinite crashing scenarios where it crashes non-stop as soon as the game gets booted up. Happens with every game when it
happens. It's a simple fix, all you have to do is hard reboot the system and it'll fix it right away till it happens again.
