Madden 23 for Xbox Crash in middle of game

Having issues with the Madden game, while playing a football game the game will crash. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changed the MAC address disconnected the wifi and re-connected. My other games work fine but this game will not let me finish a football game. Please help with getting this fixed so I can play?!!!

I just bought the game out of the box, and this game is the only one not working at all I will be playing the game and be in the middle of a football game during 3rd or 4th is when the game just crash with no warning. The Xbox goes back to my home screen and it's just the Madden 23 game crashing only.

May I know if the issue persists even if you try to play offline?

And, may I know if you tried playing the game using a different Wi-Fi connection (for example enabling a mobile hotspot) if playing offline works

I'm thinking about one more thing, but to be honest it's not necessary to do it because the issue is happening only with this game.

If maybe your console is enrolled to the Insiders program you need to leave the program before trying the offline update

I have tried using a hotspot. This game is the only game I have that stops working. It's is a disk of the Madden 23 game.
