    I recently bought madden 21 during a promo, i recieved a promo code for 500 madden points and recieved said points. But what I didnt recieve was the 5 dollar giftcard that was included.

    Ive checked my balance, but it still says 0.

    Any insight would be much appreciated

    I'm experiencing the same issue. All of a sudden my games or apps won't load. I mean I was already going to get the new Xbox, they didn't have to force me out. Ironically enough, this happened to my original Xbox when Xbox One released.

    try hard resetting by holding the power button for 10 sec if that does not work you'll have to go to settings>systems>console info>reset console >then click reset and keep games and apps this should fix the problem
