Madden 20 keeps freezing me out the game this is only happening wit this ga.e

First thanks for your question. One would have to ask is this a digital download or a disk. If its a disk just check for damage scratches etc. If its something like a digital download check to see if others are having this issue with this game or is yours
the only occurance. I need too know more info to accurately answer your question. But honestly Madden always freezes and has glitches. I would clean my cache or just redownliad if it is seriuosly gettiing stuck. Make sure if you download rosters or sliders
from the community. that they are not corrupted .

I recommend you try the following troubleshooting solutions from this support article. “My Xbox
One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay” and see if that helps.

Do note that some of these issues can be resolved by renistallingthe game and performing
a factory reset (using keep my games & apps)
as well. If you do try this, please be sure to know the log in credentials (email address & password) for your profile as it will be removed during the reset process.

Try this out and let us know the results.

man wtf is going on wit my madden...it wont let me sign in...it keeps stopping at the load screen

saem problem here...I keep freezing on Madden when going on line. All other games are fine. Play madden off line and no issues...WTF
