    Madden 19 wont load on xbox one


    Hello All not sure if there is a workaround and to note I am in the insiders program(not sure what build) but Madden 19 starts to load and just when it gets to the load the rosters part it makes a loud screeching noise and then crashes to the dashboard.
    Any help would be appreciated thanks

    Madden 19

    I purchased Madden 19 digital download 24-48 hours ago and yesterday it refused to load past the intro screen. Then I decided to play Madden 17 which came with my counsel and it will not load also. EA Sports or Microsoft?

    My madden 25 for xbox one won't let me play online

    My madden 25 on xbox one wont let me do the latest download needed to play the game. Connection is fine. Other games work fine. Just Madden wont play. It played fine Thanksgiving....now the update wont even load. Ive done all the power down troubleshooting.
    Used several wired and wireless connections. Nothing works

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps. If it does not then try deleting then reinstalling the game.

    A full power cycle like Onyx has suggested is the first step for sure, and see if that resolves the issue.

    Some other things you can try are:

    • Move the game to a different storage device, if you have one connected.
    • Go to My Games & Apps, highlight the game, and press the menu button (three horizontal lines) and select Manage game. From there, go to the Save Files tab and delete the local copy of your save file. Do NOT delete from everywhere, just locally. When
      you relaunch the game it should sync your cloud saves down. This might fix the issue if there was corruption in your save file, which is possible, since it was trying to load your roster when it's crashing.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the game from your console
    Other users have reported some similiar issues on the EA Support website:

    This is the best option for You, If this doesn't work You have to talk to Xbox Support via chat online or phone or even talk to EA Support.
