Madden 19 refusing to load the game

help me I've been having some trouble with Madden 19 going to the loading screen and when I press a button to launch the game it stays stuck on the loading screen I've un-isstalled it and re-installed it multiple times. someone help

Hi Hunter, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I bought Madden 19 and Fifa 19 as bundle. But madden 19 does not start downloading.

Hi, the more modern Madden games have generally similar mechanics regarding how kicking works, and the general kicking mechanics are similar for kickoffs, punts, and field goals. I believe this

guide might be helpful as it has a couple screenshots and a link to a guide on YouTube that might help. The mechanics in this guide are for Madden 19, but should be exactly applicable to Madden 20 as well. Hope this helps!
