    I downloaded Madden 18 on my Xbox one and online does not work for it. When will it be working again?? or should I get a refund

    I believe support and game play for Madden 17 is coming to an end now that madden 18 comes out tonight.

    There is an offer on my dashboard to Go Gold now for 50% off Madden 18. I clicked the offer and purchased a 12 month gold subscription. I see no way to get Madden 18 at 50% off. Can anyone help?

    I apologize for the inconvenience with your copy of Madden NFL 18

    Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can’t fix your error.

    1. Power Cycle the Console. (Unplug the Console for 1 min. Or 60 Seconds) Plug it back in and turn it on
    2. Uninstall > Reinstall Madden NFL 18
    3. All settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console>Reset and keep my games and Apps
    4. If the steps above fail please Call: (800) 469-9269 Xbox Support Number

    Can`t play battlefield bad company 2

    Explain that to the people that are trying to play FIFA 13, Madden 2013, Battlefield 3 with an account that has an age of 13 but less than 18. They get the same error, it only goes away when you make an account with an age of 18+.

    I say this because my cousin has an account that's was setup at age 15 and attempted to play Battlefield 3 online, purchased it for his birthday and was unable to play online with the same exact error. He had to create a new account with an age of 18 and it
    started to work, he lost his gold membership but that was the only game he wanted to play.
