so i didnt get the freebies for the madden 17 super deluxe copy that I purchased and i would like someone to tell me what i have to do to get them cause i paid $89.99 for it and i would like what i paid for thank you.

I didn't receive my madden 17 deluxe features after being told to reinstall the game.. please can you sort this out very frustrating to lose £20

Just to clarify, have you checked your Unopened Packs section in Madden NFL 17? From your Main Menu, select "Ultimate Team" and then scroll to the far right and check your "Unopened Packs" box. If there's nothing there, try editing your roster or playing
a game and checking again. In theory forcing the server to resync should make your in-game content pop.

Additionally, here is further information about what to expect in your Madden 17 edition.
