    hey,

    i've pre orderd madden 17 on 8/6 to get the free EA Access month

    this was the only reason why i've bought it on xbox and not in a store with a cheaper offer

    i wanted the feature of the option to play it 5 days before everyone else can play it

    The xbox store said i'll get the code in 7-10 days after the putchase.

    i've spent about 4 hours now to talk with the customer service till someone was able to tell me that i'll get the code 7-10 days after the release

    and i'm really mad about this cause the xbox store said after the purchase

    this was the only reason why i bought it on the xbox store

    i'm really mad i don't have the time to spent 4 hours with your customer service, what kind of service is this ?

    this is my last try to get this done now

    i've never had so much problems with a customer service on PS4 only with xbox

    i really hope for an fast answer

    Why ?

    To tell all the people yeah u have to wait 7-10 days isn't a problem and when someone already waited 7-10 u ignore him ?

    original thread here. You will receive your code for EA Access 7-10 days following the date of your pre-order. We are unable to generate or provide advance codes.

    Also please don't post multiple threads regarding the same issue as it clutters up the forums. :)

    the code won't be relevant then.. I won't even use it. I just want it now to be able to play madden 17 on ea access before it releases Tuesday. is there anyway you can send me the code now? because that's all I need it for is my 10

    hour trial. like I said the code won't be relevant after the full

    game of madden 17 is released on August 23rd. I would really appreciate it if you would give me a month code

    Ideally these EA Access code rolls out in 7-10 business days after placing the order from Microsoft's website. If in case you purchased/pre-ordered from a retailer the, code would highly be included upon release or be provided to you via email.

    "No matter when you’re charged for your pre-order, you’ll still be eligible for any pre-order incentives that may be included with the game. Check the game description in the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store to see if there are any pre-order incentives.
