    Hey, JAWhitfield! The items that come with the Deluxe Edition should be the 30 Event Tickets, and 10 All-Pro Packs. The All-Pro Packs are sent once a week as long as you log into MUT, and this expires on November 7th. The 30 Event Tickets are given out once
    you log into MUT after launch. This information is also located on
    EA's support site    .

    If you do not receive any of these, these are considered in-game items provided by the developer, and you will want to
    reach out to EA for more support. Thanks for understanding!

    what to expect with your Madden 17 edition    . According to that link:

    If you bought the Digital Deluxe version, there is no additional pre-order code.
    Take a look at the rest of the info there and let us know if that helps resolve your issue. :)

    When did you pre-order Madden 17? The promotional codes are sent out 7-10 days following your pre-order. As an example, if you ordered a game on August 7, 2016 you should expect your code to arrive sometime between August 17-20, 2016.
