    Hi Community ,

    yesterday i bought the ``Madden NFL 16 Deluxe : Season Edition `` with 22 Bonus Packs ingame on the Black Friday .

    How do I get these packs ingame ?

    How long can it possibly take to get them ?

    If you purchased the Deluxe Edition you should receive 2 packs a week, they aren't all given at once. If you haven't received any packs since your purchase please reach out to
    EA Support. They'll be able to best help out with in-game unlocks. Be sure you clarify that this was a digital download and not physical.

    How Download a Game that Comes with a New Xbox 1

    I can't find the 25 character code. In the description of what we bought it said the following:

    Xbox One EA Sports Madden NFL 16 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, a full-game download of Madden NFL 16, and one year of EA Access.

    I took this as meaning a free download. Maybe that's not the case?
