    on November 19 I downloaded Madden 16 super deluxe season edition on my Xbox one. With that purchase I was supposed to receive 44 ultimate team all pro packs. I never received them or any code to redeem for them.

    commerce.microsoft.com    ? Once you see that purchase, please take a screenshot of it and upload it to OneDrive then shoot me a private message with the link to the image so we can verify that you have purchased the Deluxe Edition.
