    Bonjour,

    Suite un arrêt brutal hier après-midi durant une partie de jeu (premier opus de ORI), il m'est impossible de rallumer la console. J'ai essayé toutes les manips possibles et imaginable conseillées sur les sites de Microsoft. Il s'agit d'une XBOX ONE X encore
    sous garantie jusqu' demain. Le problème supplémentaire est que je réside dans un DOM ce qui ne me permet pas d'atteindre les numéros de téléphone en 0 800 et de surccroit, avec la pandémie actuelle de COVID19, je remarque (et c'est bien normal) qu'il est
    bien plus compliqué d'obtenir une demande de réparation en ligne (car ma console est parfaitement enregistrée).

    J'ai donc 2 questions :

    1. Avez-vous une solution non répertoriée dans les bases actuelles ?

    2. Vais-je perdre le bénéfice de ma garantie au vu des délais de prise en charge de cette période particulière que nous traversons ?

    Following a sudden stop yesterday afternoon during a game (first installment of ORI), I can not turn on the console. I tried all the possible manipulations and imaginable advised on the sites of Microsoft. This is an XBOX ONE X still under warranty
    until tomorrow. The additional problem is that I live in a DOM which does not allow me to reach the telephone numbers in 0 800 and moreover, with the current COVID19 pandemic, I notice (and it is quite normal) that is much more complicated to obtain a repair
    request online (because my console is perfectly registered).

    So I have 2 questions:

    1. Do you have a solution not listed in the current databases?

    2. Will I lose the benefit of my guarantee in view of the time taken to support this particular period that we are going through?

    Thank you for your quick answer. I'll try the reset with the USB flash drive and will follow your advise to get someone unable to help me if it doesn't work.

    Many thanks but i've tried every ways of this support site before asking some help here.

    When i'm trying to get the material's support to ask for a repair, the web page is charging endlessly.

    My legal customer guarantee expires tomorrow, that's why i wanted a support's ticket as soon as possible.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to Contact Xbox Customer Support to assist you in regards to creating your Service order.

    In the article that covers How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One, there is info on how to reset
    using a USB flash drive.

    This will require you to have a Windows-based PC and a USB flash drive with a minimum of 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

    I would recommend this option to restore your console to factory defaults once more and see if this helps with resolving that start-up issue.

    Additionally, in regards to getting in touch with an agent, If you are selecting the Hardware & networking category, you should be able to choose the issue I need help setting up
    my network.     This should give you the option to request a call.

    There are agents that are universally skilled in all aspects and some that are specialized in others, but this should get you into an area where you should be able to get someone that will be able to assist you further in
    this matter.

    Essayez l'essai d'une réinitialisation matérielle EXACTEMENT comme ceci. Maintenez le bouton d'alimentation de la console enfoncé pendant 8 secondes ou jusqu' ce
    qu'il s'éteigne complètement. Le cordon d'alimentation l'arrière de la console pendant 5 minutes.
    Rebranchez le cordon d'alimentation et redémarrez la console.
    Parfait! Merci beaucoup je n'y avait même pas penser !
