luggage items aren't recieving

Discus and support luggage items aren't recieving in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am using a Asus laptop with windows 8 and when I open luggage and get items like keys I am not recieving them.     I am using a Asus laptop with windows 8 and when I open luggage and get items like keys I am not recieving them. I had 6 keys used 2 to open luggage and got 2 in the luggage so I should've been back to 6 but I was at 4 then again same thing used 2 got 2
    so I should be at 4 (or actually 6) but I'm at 2keys now. I am also not recieving coins. This problem just started today.

    Is anyone having the same trouble as me? My levels won't advance I am stuck on level 89 and there is not much sense playing if the levels don't go up. I was fine until I updated.

    Ever since the update, I leveled up saw the next level and just as quickly it disappeared. Lost everything from the luggage. The loss of items from luggage, happens frequently.

    NO COLLECTION ITEMS

    Between the Brazil and Australia destinations, I have had many bingos, power bingos, large luggage bags and regular luggage and yet I am not receiving any collection items. Is this a problem that can be fixed?

    Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you confirm that you are connected to the LIVE service through your account? Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps from our FAQ?

    I am having exactly the same problem. Also, my keys are taken to open luggage, and I never get luggage or anything from luggage.

    Primo, hold luggage goes through twice as many xray machines than hand luggage. You just don't see it happening. Xray machines are fine by the way. Laptops, phones etc all go through every day.

    I would definitely take it as hand luggage.

    Also, to be on the safe side, get your family to do the update.
