Since there is a list being updated of titles compatible could MS maybe make a list of titles not able to be made compatible due to licensing etc

Games still playable if delisted?

I've never heard of NFS Most Wanted being backward compatible. Once a game is made backward compatible, it is unlikely that it will be removed...

Original Xbox games

I know that me personally I have a lot of original Xbox games that I wish were backwards compatible as well as a few 360 games that havnt became backwards compatible so honestly any original Xbox game they made backward compatible would be fine by me.

Seeing as backwards compatibility for Xbox 360 games is down to each individual publisher, were Microsoft to issue such a list it would only be for their first party games. A full, comprehensive list would require every publisher to do this and that could
possibly be too time consuming.

At this point in time Xbox One BC is still in its infancy, so I would imagine most of the 360s biggest games will end up being compatible. If there's any in particular you wanted to request, then I'm sure you can still do this via Xbox Feedback

You might want to direct that question to Rockstar Games.

Microsoft has the technology there to make games backwards compatible.

However, the owner of the game licenses has to allow it. And unless Rockstargames can give their okay, the game can't be made backwards compatible.

The backwards compatibility program ended a while ago so no more games will be made backwards compatible.

Not all games are backwards compatible. If the game is not listed here it won't work. Backwards compatible games are being added all the time, but backwards
compatibility is up to the publisher. So not all games will be made compatible.
