    Hi - starting my umpteeth play of Fallout 4 and I'm having trouble with in game low volume (where I usually have monitor vol on 12 on other games, to get the same loudness on F4, I've got to crank it up to 20)- I've adjusted the game audio, the xbox x audio, deleted game & saves, restarted console and reset it but the problem still persists - there are no sound issues on any of the other games on the console , just Fallout. Has anyone had a similar issue?

    Lol.. yeah that's probably it. I play on low volume, very low volume. Only time I'll crank up the sound is for FFXIII-2 cause the music is nice and relaxing.

    Phantasy Star Online 2 has no in-game audio. Very strange.

    Check that it’s not muted or any device that is low on volume.
