    Unfortunately, we do not get a satisfactory answer from you, I would have expected better answer when it comes to children.

    My son 's account has low reputation and he cant play live

    We do not know why, it is clear to us that we did nothing wrong there that violates the regulations

    Sending us to irrelevant or inapplicable information does not help.

    Today we have run out of LIVE subscriptions and already a month ago the kids can not play LIVE

    I do not know what you expect to do, do you renew a subscription when we can not play? Sounds absurd to me

    Looking forward to an answer today, without a solution I will renew our 2 subscription and move on to Sony

    Got avoid me rep for playing the game

    Information about how the rep system works and how to improve your rep can be found here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I No one can fix your son's rep
    for you. The only way for him to improve his rep is to play online without being reported. He would need to try playing other games.

    Sorry to hear it. A low reputation is granted when others find that someone has been playing poorly. For example, **** other players, swearing, etc. You can read more about reputation at this link http://enforcement.xbox.com/

    What your son can to do try to increase his reputation and get back into the green is play live matches with other gamers in an avoid me status on games like Battlefield 4. Other things he can do to continue playing online with his friends is to have them
    invite him to their lobbies to play. So long as he plays well others will upvote him and his rep will rise again.

    Unfairly treated!!

    Unfortunately, due to the low reputation, you will only be able to play with others with similar reputations or play in private matches with friends. This will be the only way that you can raise your reputation back up to play with a wider selection of gamers.

    @Miss Portia If you do not have a more satisfactory answer, can you put me in touch with someone who CAN help? We all know it is possible to alter achievements away from the actual games, so how come hackers can do it but Microsoft cant?
