Low internet connection.

For me, it is an honor to write to you and try to help you in any way possible, for my part I will do my best to try to solve any questions/problems you are presenting.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Internet speed on your Xbox One, please connect your console directly to the modem instead of connecting it to the router. This is a temporary solution aimed at helping determine the cause of the problem.

1. On the router, disconnect the network cable that connects it to the console (leave the other end of this cable connected to the console).
2. On the modem, disconnect the network cable that connects the modem to the router. At this point, neither the console nor the modem should be connected to the router.
3. Now connect the console directly to the modem (use the same cable that connected the console to the router).
4. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for at least five seconds to turn it off.
5. Unplug the power cord from the back of the modem.
6. After one minute, plug the modem back in and wait for all the lights to return to normal.
7. Turn on the console.
8. Check the connection again (Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Test network speed and statistics).

Thanks for taking time to answer, unfortunately it is not that; i have also tried to switch off the xbox one, router but with no luck. I am really thinking that there's nothing else to try.

The internet connection speeds up to 12 mgps in upload, 30 in download but still not going any further. 😢

Have you made sure to close all games and applications while you are downloading said game? Reconnecting sometimes is a necessity as well... thats what i do

It all depends on your internet connection speed, if you have an alright connection speed, then it won't buffer, but if you have a rather low end connection, then it might.

Low end connection speeds are usually encouraged to rent with a low quality setting.

Low ping = good.

The 'bar' is not ping, it's the general quality of your internet connection, and a latency timer. The higher the latency, the higher the ping, the worse the connection is, the lower the bar will go. I'd do a speed test on an internet browser to see if it's
your internet connection or not.
