"Lovable" achievement not unlocking in Fallout 4 after achieving 100% in criteria

I have met the criteria to unlock the "Lovable" achievement in Fallout 4, but it hasn't unlocked even after waiting 24 hours and restarting the game. Any help?

Gears of War Ultimate Edition Xbox One

I had the same issue Friday with Fallout 4.
Two achievements didn't unlock. Didn't even know I'd earned them until I checked the app and saw them sitting as "Done! Unlocking...".
I tried everything from checking my connection, resetting the console, and even deleting and redownloading my profile.
One of them popped Sunday(but with Friday's date, as it should), but the other one still says unlocking.

Edit: The other achievement in Fallout 4 which has been stuck since Friday has just popped.

Angry Birds Star Wars Broken Achievement

In the Xbox One version of Angry Birds Star Wars, there is currently a broken achievement. It is titled "Path of the Jedi - The Force". It requires that you attain 3,250,000 points in the Path of the Jedi world. Prior to starting this world, my Xbox One
noted that I was 60% of the way to attaining this achievement. After completing the world, and achieving more than the requisite score for the achievement to unlock, it did not. This is not an isolated incident, I have been contacted by multiple others in
regards to this achievement, asking if I had the same progress error, and for it not unlocking for me once the criteria is met.

The requirement for the achievement is to get your relationship status to the maximum level, which is actually considerably higher than the level at which you get their perk and just slightly higher than the level where you can romance them. So you may need
to work on them a bit more. If you have done this XBox Live issues can affect it, in which case the unlock can be delayed by up to 48 hours.

This is also a Bethesda RPG so there is a possibility that's it's glitched, though I'm not aware of any reports of this one glitching. You could however try a different companion, there are plenty of guides on which ones like what actions.

If the status of it is "100%" and "Done! Unlocking...", then this is related to the achievement outage on March 29th, that has not yet been fixed and players are still having achievements locked from that day. Xbox has not fixed this yet, as we can see from
several other threads, twitter and true achievements website.

Yes none of the Achievements unlocked, just for Fallout 4 game.

if the game sent the criteria out to 'pop' the achivement, you'll be fine. fire up the achievements App and have a look at the two achievements in question. they'll show as unlocked, locked or 'done unlocking' - LIVE is back up and running now.

Unlocked - You got the achievements! hooray!

Locked - Game has failed to communicate unlocking of achievements - load an old save and redo the criteria

Done unlocking - Wait 36-48 hours and they should unlock. sometimes the system gets a little caught up.

same problem 2 of my fallout 4 achievements are not unlocking they just say 100% percent and grayed out getting really mad please help. don't even wanna continue to play if this isnt fix. FIX IT
