    My son has a problem with your produck. You do not pick up the phone, your program do not take the call back and no body answer the phone , all i just an automatic voice.

    How the hell you get the money and do not delever the service

    You dont even have live chat servise what the hell is this.

    Xbox Live Rewards

    I don't really even pay attention to M$ rewards anymore because the program is so lame. In the 20 months I have been a rewards member, I have received a total of 750 lousey points. Thats not even 10 dollars in almost two years.



    Meanwhile, I use things like my Kmart/Sears Rewards and my Speedway Gas Station Rewards and can cash them in for hundreds of dollars towards Microsoft point cards and Xbox Live subscriptions.
