    Lost Zune Paylists


    HI -- I'm still a diehard Zune user. I've been creating playlists for years. Today, when I updated my machine to Windows 8.1, most of my playlists went away on my Zune service. Is this because to switched to 8.1 or somthing else that MS is doing with Zune??
    How can I get my old play lists back? The good news is that the pay lists are still on my Zune HD device. Help!!!

    I lost my money and never got the movie. Learnt my lesson and don't use Zune any more.

    There are ways around it. I would recommend looking at the historical posts
    in the Zune subreddit. I haven't changed the music on mine for years at this point, since I lost the computer that still had the Zune software. We talking a regular Zune or Zune HD?

    Let's be real...

    They lost Zune mp3 player, because they were going to the business of put software on cell phone carrier. Then I experience the DRM effect on my music that I purchase. You know you have the option to redownload your music in case of lost or stolen zune??
    Well I remember I downloaded some songs and checked to see it was listed available for re-download. Well when then stop making zune I notice some of song can't be re-download. This the same DRM there doing by letting publisher/music/movie, ect, to do what
    they want. I did also notice some of other music were fine, guessing there are some music or who ever run the music for the artist didn't want to enforce DRM on there music.

    The account hasn't been used on any of microsoft's services. I messaged the owner on Zune, XBOX, etc and he never replied so I'm assuming he lost his information to his accounts.
